Two simple words, three syllables...Corn Fritters! If you're not a fan of my posts, listen to me on this one. Go to the Heide Art Gallery, sit down - order a full fat organic Latte and the Corn Fritters. The taste is almost as good as something else that I enjoy, wink nudge wink nudge. However at the minute Corn Fritters seem more accessible. Oh my - I just scared myself with that one.

One New Years Reso Achieved!

Wooo hoooo, one New Year's Resolution accomplished for 2010 - collect things for new home. I am all over these Tiny Terrariums, they're so fabulous and care for their selves really! They are easy to DIY it, just purchase a glass bowl or small vase, potting mix, a succulent or mossy seed and away you go. If I have been a little brief on the instructions - follow these tips from Design*Sponge. Happy terrariuming....

New Years Reso for 2010

The first edition to my 2010 diary was the list above - 10 things to accomplish in twenty ten. Kinda proud of myself with this one as each goal isn't overly unreachable. I think I may just be able to cross each thing of my list. Well, all except the 'stop drinking coffee' idea, already failed that one miserably this year.

Recipe: Catalian Roma Tomato Salad

I have an addictive nature - generally if I start something, taste something, do something it's extremely difficult for me to stop! Like at the moment - I am going through a phase, I am addicted to cooking and cooking with tomatoes. I wonder if there is such a thing as a tomato rehab?? Perhaps I should check in to get over this little phase...

If I had a lazy $799 I would invest in this Rattan Push Bike from Alfresco Emporium. I wouldn't ride the thing (not even sure if it's actually functional) but instead would postion it inside just to look at it with adoring eyes.
