Do I Really Want One?

Is it time that I put fear aside and have some small part of my skin tattooed with a word (that perhaps won't mean much down the track)? Is it!? Should I do this? Maybe just something small left of elbow could be cute....what to do, what to do!? Tatt ideas most welcome!
